To proceed, IFZA will require signed and returned documents, these are:

  • Application Form
  • Terms & conditions
  • Passport copy
  • Digital passport photo
  • Proof of payment

With the documentation in hand, your IFZA Client Engagement Manager will:

  • Submit and complete shareholder(s) documents for the security check
  • Ensure incorporation documents are issued. A soft copy is sent via email with the original license available for collection from IFZA’s Dubai or Fujairah offices.

Once your client is incorporated, your IFZA Client Engagement Manager will continue to support and assist you should you require:

  • Dependent Visas
  • License upgrades and downgrades
  • License amendments
  • License renewals
