Senior Sales Manager

Job Description:

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.  The team is always growing.  Currently has 11 members.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully engaging and managing the resellers.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Job Description:

We are looking for an organized, analytical coordinator with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills who can provide administrative support to the Operations Team on day to day activities including document checking related to License and Immigration.

To succeed in this position, you should be committed to providing attentive support for internal and external parties and ensuring consistent, efficient operations. You should be courteous, analytical, proactive, and organized.

Must have 1-3 years of experience within operations.  If you have experience in the Free Zone sector, then this will be a massive advantage. Fluency in the English language is a must.

Salary: Compensation commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:Quality control of the Licensing & Immigration process

  • Quality control of the Licensing & Immigration process
  • Follow up on objectives for Licensing & Immigration processes
  • Optimize the work flow for Licensing & Immigration

Corporate Receptionist

Location: Motor City, Dubai

Job Description:

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and to coordinate the IFZA Business Center.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. The duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. 

To be successful, you should have a pleasant personality as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, the duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Requires 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures for managing a front desk. Has excellent communication and multitasking skills with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Salary: Compensation commensurate with experience

Previous Business Center experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices. Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
  • Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all suppliers and office related contractors
  • Maintain IFZA Business Center security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
  • Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all management’s itineraries
  • Deal with appointments and bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, in person
  • Complete procedures when Guests arrive and leave
  • Prepare bills and take payments
  • Take and pass on messages to Guests
  • Deal with special requests from Guests
  • Deal with complaints or problems
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
Client Engagement Manager

Job Description:

Your responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Free Zone experience and fluency in English and Russian or Arabic or Hindi or Chinese languages preferred.

Salary: Compensation commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requests and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Skills:

  • Successful previous free zone experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, business development or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English and Russian or Arabic or Hindi or Chinese
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
