Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic person that will assist the finance department on a range of tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares Invoices as per company policy in timely and efficient manner
  • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivables
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing interim and annual financial statements
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements

  • Work experience as an Accountant – 3 years minimum
  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
  • Additional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT is a plus
  • Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS is a plus
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software
  • Experience with general ledger functions

Corporate Receptionist

Position: Corporate Receptionist

Location: Motor City, Dubai

Job Description:

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and to coordinate the IFZA Business Center.  You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.

Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. The duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Skills

To be successful, you should have a pleasant personality as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, the duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Requires 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures for managing a front desk. Has excellent communication and multitasking skills with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

We are looking for a high-performing Client Engagement Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
