Position: Corporate Receptionist
Location: Motor City, Dubai
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and to coordinate the IFZA Business Center. You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. The duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
To be successful, you should have a pleasant personality as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, the duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Requires 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures for managing a front desk. Has excellent communication and multitasking skills with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
